Planning Your Event:


How Long Does the band Perform?

We budget 3 hours of actual playing time for our events. You can break down this three hours however you like. We will play up to two hours straight but if you want the three hours consecutive we can do that for an upgrade fee. If you need more than three hours for your event, we can accommodate your needs. Just reach out to us to discuss your event!

Do We Emcee events too?

Yes, we can emcee your wedding, party, or corporate event. This is included in our packages at no additional cost. We emcee quite a few of the events we perform, but we can also work with an outside emcee too! We are here to make your event performance the best it can be.

Do We play background music when we aren’t performing?

Yes, as soon as the band is set and sound-checked, we play background music to create a welcoming ambience in the room. We also play higher energy music on our breaks once the performance has started. The client can also share a mobile device with their curated playlists for us to play as well.

Does Our normal package include cocktail hour and/or After Parties?

Our event performance packages always include emcee services. Cocktail hour can be included at no additional cost if the cocktail hour counts towards the overall time budgeted in the contract. This is also provided the performance takes place from the same location the full band will perform.

Does Our band need a stage to perform?

Yes, our band will need a stage to perform at your event. The stage is not included in our performance package costs. You can see our technical requirements here.

 

Event Music & Song List:


Who plans the event song list?

The song list is chosen in real time to fit the energy, taste, and direction of the room and dance floor. In short, we choose from a wide variety of songs as we are performing to keep the dance floor packed based on what’s working for the event. If you have specific songs you’d like included in your event, we are happy to play them. You can see our song list here.

Can You choose songs for your event?

Yes, you can choose songs from our song list for your event. We can also learn new songs for your event provided we can accommodate the request.

Event Logistics:


How far will our band travel?

Our band will travel wherever your event is - anywhere in the United States and abroad. Reach out to us to discuss the location and logistics of your event.

who covers travel expenses?

Travel expenses depend on the distance from Nashville. All of this is addressed in the contract before you book the band so there will be no unexpected costs.

why should i have a live band?

If your event budget permits, Burning Las Vegas will transform your dance floor into an interactive concert where all guests have a front row seat to dance!
